Vinashin, has appointed Mr. Pham Binh Minh as the new Manager of Business and Trading Department of Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin), beginning March13′
Mr. Minh, who served as General Director of Vinashin Shipbuilding Engineering company, is to replace Ms. Pham Thu Hang, who changed.
Minh is 33 and a graduate from the Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Department of New South Wales. Between the years of 2004 and 2008, he was vice president at Shipbuilding science and technology institute ( SSTI ). Betwen the years 2009 and now, he is General Director of Vinashin Shipbuilding Engineering company
. Minh’s father is Mr. Pham Thanh Binh, a chairman former of Vinashin before.
