As revealed by Nghia An commune People’s Committee, from early 2013 until now, the shipbuilding facilities in Nghia An commune of Tu Nghia district signed contracts to build 40 fishing boats (capacity of 400 CV) and repaired over 80 fishing vessels for fishing owners in and outside the province.
Total aforesaid contracts’ value reached up to tens of billions VND.
As known, 7 shipbuilding facilities in the commune have created jobs for hundreds of local workers and the neighboring communes’ with stable incomes from 3 – 8 million VND/ person/month.
Reportedly, their products are highly appreciated on beautiful, fast and safe aspects and ensure on safety and exploitation operation for fishing activities of fishermen in the sea.
