The steel cutting ceremony for a fishing vessel of a fisher owner was held on 10th Oct 2013 in Song Dao shipyard, Nam Dinh city. This is the first vessel in the transfer program from wood material to steel material for fishing vessel to support fishers by Vietnam Goverment.
